Othello also relays some insights regarding the collective energy as a whole as we head towards the later years of the decade. Lots more changes to occur as we walk back towards balance and harmony.

In this episode we talk about what happens to you and your world the more you follow through with your intuition. 

We don't realize that when we continue to follow through with our intuition a certain kind of energy grows within us and around us. 

We start to change within, and we also start to see our lives transform. 

As we continue to trust in our intuition, our world changes, and sometimes, we also see others around us start to change for the better as well. 

The whole process feels like magic. What is actually happening is that as you continue to trust in your intuition, you continue to get into alignment with it and with Source and your higher Self. Your energy shifts and is heightened, and you become a new person.

When we continue to trust and follow through with our intuition, we are helping make not only our world better, but we contribute to helping the WHOLE world become a better place for all.

In this episode we talk about why it's so important to set goals. How does setting goals help us on our journey? What does goal setting and going after our goals look like? 

We also talk about the different goals we should be setting so that we don't get too overwhelmed or get lost in how big the "leap" is. 

Lastly, we end the conversation with the other part of "doing the work" besides the inner healing work. When we empty our cup from healing and cleansing out wounds, hurt and toxic beliefs, we will still have to refill our cups with that which will continue to empower us to grow and advance on our path.

I remember years ago when a reader once told me that "calm" was a superpower, and that it was definitely one of mine. At that time my life was chaotic, stressful, and lacking stability. So of course I immediately chucked that message to the side. 

To be honest, I didn't know what she meant, and I didn't know what the vibration of calm was all about at that point of my life. 

However, the more I did two regular practices of mine, the more I understood what calm was all about, and the more I embodied it on a regular basis. Because of that, I watched how it impacted my life and allowed it to unfold a certain way. 

In this episode, I share the two practices I diligently part take in on a daily basis to help me align with the vibration of calm. I talk about how "calm" helped me deepen and advance on my spiritual journey. 

I also talk about how the fundamentals of the Silva Method help contribute to the process of aligning and embodying the vibration of calm.

Everyone talks about love and light. It's the most popular catch phrase in spirituality, maybe besides manifesting or 5D! (LOL)

I don't mean to poke fun at this concept, but I feel it's been overused to the point that no one really knows what it's actually really about anymore. 

This phrase (love & light) has contributed to the way that spiritual concepts and the spiritual journey has become diluted with things that direct people away from actually understanding what this journey is really about. 

In this episode we talk about where love and light is actually found on our journey, and how the dark has a vital role in this whole process.
